After a two-year hiatus due to COVID, the annual steak dinner is returning to an in-person event at Chip Edwards' barn!! Join us for an evening of delicous steak and sides,a beer and wine cash bar, a raffle, a nice door prize and an amazing program on Clewiston & Riddle Field During World War II, presented by none other than Clewiston's own, Donnie Drake! Doors open at 5:00 pm with dinner served at 6:00 pm. Tickets ae $150 each (includes two dinners) and can be purchased below, at the museum, or from any museum board member.

The Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail (LOST) is reopening and the museum is gearing up to be a part of it! As part of the Florida Trail Association (FTA)'s system and the1600-mile Florida National Scenic Trail (FNST), it is sure to be a popular destination for hikers. The FTA’s Gateway Communities Program Coordinator Hailey Dansby will speak on the program’s mission and its partnership with the museum as a Trail Passport Partner of Clewiston, FTA’s southernmost Gateway Community. She will discuss the history of the Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail (LOST) and its incorporation into the FNST.
